At first, it appeared that the sigcomm2004 data had same issue with pcap filters as Dataset.Ucsb-ietf2005. It turns out that while the symptom is the same, the underlying cause is different, because we're dealing with real 802.11 with Prism Header dumps. The bug is detailed at libpcap bug id 1850422, including a patch, which can be used in the same way as the patch detailed on the Dataset.Ucsb-ietf2005 page.
