CRAWDAD Search is an effective tool to find interesting data set and tools, and related papers and authors.
You can search on the database of metadata, easily browse and download CRAWDAD data sets and tools.
We provide two search interfaces: Basic search and Advanced search.
- Basic search returns the CRAWDAD resources (datasets, tools, papers, or authors) matched with user-provided keywords. For instance, to search for SNMP datasets from the Dartmouth campus, you can search using the keywords "Dartmouth SNMP". Note that Basic search only returns the latest versions.
- Advanced search returns the CRAWDAD resoureces matched with user-provided keywords for each metadata field. For instance, you can search for SNMP datasets from the Dartmouth campus with a keyword "Dartmouth" for "name" field and with a keyword "SNMP" for "collection" field. Advanced search also enables you to find old data sets (i.e., privious versions) by setting some period for "collection date" and/or "release date".
